How Pre-Order Works
The customer chooses a product from Darkvior and submits the order. Darkvior then reviews availability and order information, and the customer pays the required 50% advance using an available payment method.
That payment must be manually verified by Darkvior before Darkvior manually confirms the order — only after confirmation does sourcing begin. The product is then sourced from the UK and transported to Bangladesh, with the remaining 50% payable according to the Cash-on-Delivery / final-payment process below.
No website feature, AI agent, or payment interface can automatically mark an order or payment as verified, confirmed, or successful. Final confirmation always remains under manual Darkvior review.

On Delivery
The 50% advance is required as part of the pre-order confirmation process. The remaining 50% is payable on delivery / final fulfilment, according to Darkvior's payment instructions.
Supported payment options may include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer, as configured by Darkvior. We do not display account numbers that have not been configured by the owner, and we never invent payment details — Client Care will share verified payment details directly during order confirmation.
Payment confirmation is always manually verified.
Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks after order confirmation.
Some products may arrive sooner, while international sourcing, customs, or courier circumstances can occasionally take longer — we'll let you know if that happens. Free Delivery Across Bangladesh, with no delivery charge on any order. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for full detail.
100% Authentic — UK Sourced
Darkvior sells authentic products sourced and purchased from the UK. Where applicable, purchase receipt/proof associated with the product/order can be provided as authenticity supporting documentation.
Customers may use relevant purchase documentation to contact the original retailer or brand's customer service, where applicable, if they wish to seek independent verification. Verification procedures and availability differ between brands, and Darkvior cannot guarantee that every brand offers or completes such verification.
Cancellation
Cancellation with a full advance refund is available before Darkvior purchases the item from the UK retailer. Once the item has been purchased specifically for your pre-order, change-of-mind cancellation is normally no longer available.

Size Confirmation
Customers must review the product's relevant brand sizing information — size charts are available with applicable products. Please confirm sizing carefully before final order confirmation, since post-delivery exchange is generally unavailable.

By confirming a Darkvior pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is being sourced internationally for you, that estimated delivery begins after order confirmation, and that you have reviewed the product, sizing, payment and cancellation information.
