Darkvior is an independent multi-brand retailer providing customers in Bangladesh with access to products sourced through trusted retail channels in the United Kingdom.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Darkvior is not the manufacturer, official distributor, authorised dealer or official partner of third-party brands displayed or referenced on the website.

All third-party brand names, trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Darkvior primarily operates using a pre-order model.

Products may be sourced or purchased after a customer places an order and the order is confirmed by Darkvior.

Submission of an order request does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

An order becomes confirmed only after Darkvior has reviewed the relevant order details and any required advance payment has been successfully verified.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular product or order:

• 50% of the confirmed order amount is payable in advance.
• The remaining 50% is payable according to the applicable payment/delivery arrangement, including Cash on Delivery where offered.

Available payment methods may include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer and other methods subsequently made available by Darkvior.

Payment methods displayed on the website may change over time.

A payment submission, screenshot, transaction reference or customer notification does not by itself constitute successful payment verification.

Darkvior must verify receipt of payment before marking the relevant payment or order as successfully confirmed.

Product prices displayed by Darkvior may reflect sourcing costs, international procurement, transportation, operational expenses and Darkvior's retail margin.

Darkvior may change prices for future, unconfirmed orders.

Where an obvious pricing, technical or listing error occurs, Darkvior reserves the right to correct the error before accepting or confirming an order.

Once an order has been formally confirmed, any change affecting that confirmed transaction should be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms and law.

Products displayed on Darkvior may originate from third-party UK retailers and brands.

Availability can therefore change without notice.

A product appearing on the Darkvior website does not guarantee that the product, colour or size remains available at the time Darkvior attempts to source it.

If a product becomes unavailable before successful sourcing, Darkvior will contact the customer and handle any applicable payment according to the relevant order and refund terms.

Darkvior retains the right to accept or decline an order before final confirmation, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be verified
• Product information or pricing contains an obvious error
• Delivery information is incomplete
• The transaction appears suspicious or fraudulent
• The requested order cannot reasonably be fulfilled

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, size and order information.

Products are sourced in the United Kingdom and transported to Bangladesh.

Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks after order confirmation.

Some orders may arrive earlier.

Free Delivery Across Bangladesh — no delivery charge applies to any order.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed exact dates. International transportation, sourcing, retailer processing, customs, logistics or circumstances outside Darkvior's reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Cancellation with a full advance refund is available before Darkvior purchases the item from the UK retailer. Once the item has been purchased specifically for your pre-order, change-of-mind cancellation is normally no longer available.

If your item becomes unavailable from the UK retailer before Darkvior purchases it, you will be offered a full refund of your advance payment or an alternative available product, at your choice. See the applicable Pre-Order and Returns, Cancellation & Refunds policies for full detail.

Where cancellation is accepted under the applicable policy, any eligible refund will be processed according to Darkvior's refund procedure and applicable requirements.

Because Darkvior operates an international UK-to-Bangladesh pre-order model, products are generally not eligible for return or exchange after delivery except where Darkvior expressly accepts responsibility or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers must review product information and select their size carefully before confirming an order.

The detailed Returns, Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies and should be read before ordering.

Nothing in these Terms should be read to exclude any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Sizing differs between brands, products and product categories.

Darkvior does not use a universal size chart.

Customers must consult the brand-specific or product-specific size information provided with the relevant product before confirming their size. See our Size Guide for further guidance.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their selected size before order confirmation.

Where Darkvior provides sizing assistance, such assistance is guidance and does not replace the relevant brand's official sizing information.

Darkvior's sourcing standard is based on genuine branded products sourced through trusted UK retail channels.

Darkvior does not knowingly sell counterfeit or replica merchandise.

Where available and appropriate, customers may request purchase evidence relating to their product.

Customers may independently contact the relevant retailer or brand regarding verification where that organisation provides such a service. See our Authenticity Promise for further detail.

Darkvior aims to present product information accurately.

However, colours and appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, device displays and information supplied by third-party retailers or brands.

Third-party trademarks, product names and imagery remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Darkvior may modify, maintain, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

Darkvior does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability.

Darkvior may correct technical errors, product information and website content when required.

Darkvior may refuse, suspend or cancel transactions before completion where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Fraud
• Unauthorised payment activity
• Abuse of the website
• False customer information
• Manipulation of promotions
• Threatening or abusive behaviour
• Attempts to interfere with website security
• Other unlawful activity

Darkvior may take reasonable measures necessary to protect customers, the business and its systems.

The Darkvior name, Darkvior branding, original website design elements, original written content and other original Darkvior materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property law.

They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited or represented as another business's material without appropriate permission.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, product photographs and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Darkvior will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including certain third-party retailer delays, carrier disruption, international transportation issues or other external events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Darkvior reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the business, website, services, policies or applicable requirements.

Changes will apply from the effective date of the updated Terms published on the website and will not retroactively remove rights that already apply to a confirmed transaction.
